Modifications or Rescheduling
You can modify or reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours in advance. This courtesy helps me manage my schedule and serve all of my clients effectively.
Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 24 Hours
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 60% of the service cost will be charged.
No-Show Policy
Not arriving for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. This ensures fairness to myself and other clients waiting for services.
SAFETY
Studio Indigo provides guests with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is not safe or suitable for children. Clients must make childcare arrangements prior to visiting as children are not permitted in the salon. Guests who arrive with children will be required to reschedule as there are no exceptions to this policy. Additional guests are not permitted if they are not being serviced.
Your health and safety are important. Successful service execution requires your full disclosure during consultations. Studio Indigo will not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions to services when a guest has failed to make contradicting conditions known.
REFUNDS
Studio Indigo does not issue refunds for services rendered – no exceptions. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your service I am happy to set up one complimentary appointment to make the necessary adjustments. You must contact me within 72 hours of the original appointment to address the issue. Notification after 72 hours will result in standard service charges at the next appointment. Studio Indigo does not assume responsibility for adjustments made at other salons following a Studio Indigo service.
Only sealed, unopened, unused products are eligible for a refund within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened products are nonrefundable without exception.
